Hi! We are Dave and Jenny Woodward, and we’ve been renting to ONU students since 1997. Through family members and childhood campus visits, we both share a long love of the school. We met as ONU students ourselves in the fall of 1992. We still remember what it’s like to be a student. At least, we tell ourselves we do.

We married in 1997, and began living in one-half of our first duplex that same year. Through hard work, and maybe a little luck, we’ve been able to expand our rental business. Over the years, we’ve been privileged to know and assist hundreds of students as they advance towards graduation and beyond.

Our philosophy is simple: Our tenants are the boss. As a tenant of Woodward Residential, everything should be up to your complete satisfaction. Things should work. When things break, they should be fixed. You should be safe. You should be worry-free. Your parents should be worry-free. You are our guest.

We hope you’ll consider one of our apartments as a place to live and make some great memories while at ONU.
